Change Grow Live (CGL)
Norfolk Alcohol and Drug Behaviour Change Service is a free and confidential service for adults (including offenders), families, carers and affected others across Norfolk.
It offers a range of services including:
- Confidential support, information and advice

Support if you have been involved in the criminal justice system

A health and wellbeing clinic

One-to-one sessions

Appointments at a convenient location to suit you

Recreational activities such as sports and social trips

Needle exchange

Free naloxone kits and training available
Referral
CGL always welcome new clients, so please get in touch if you are interested in getting help from the service or if you’d just like to ask some questions. Feel free to take someone with you on your first visit.
If you would like to refer yourself or someone else to the service, please complete their referral form and email it to norfolk.info [at] cgl.org.uk or call the service on 01603 514 096. For professional referrals (including criminal justice services) please email norfolk.referrals [at] cgl.cjsm.net.
You can also complete the referral form in advance and bring it with you when you visit the service.
A CGL worker will be on duty to carry out initial triage assessments between the hours of 9:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
